Ulrich offers extensive skills in advising on M&A deals as well as regulatory, privatisation and other public tender processes. His clients have included regulatory authorities, government bodies, state-owned companies and private medium-sized companies as well as large listed corporates.
Having advised clients from a range of sectors, Ulrich has vast experience in highly regulated environments, including transportation, energy, infrastructure, gambling and financial services.
Ulrich has led projects and teams across Europe, in the US and in the Arab world. Ulrich is a regular guest lecturer at Humboldt University, Berlin.
